As long as the 72" screen is an actual monitor and not just displaying a 27inch 2540x1440 computer screen at 72 inches.
There are some 34 inch monitors that only display 2540x1280. That's not good. The widescreen monitor that is the cat's pajamas is the 3440x1440.
