Tape everything up like a long snake tight in a line. Pull it in from the back with a rope you route through the tunnel. The through body harness splits up behind the dash into 3 main sections. One to the dash gauges, one to the rear defogger, fog lamp switch, lighter area, one to the fuses.
Don't forget the wires to the brake pedal switch if you have one.
No idea what stage your car is in, so it is hard to offer suggestions...
Maybe post some photos of what you are working with.
