The ADA FORCING businesses to install turtles is a perfect example of people NOT being decent to each other. Govt dominating tax-payers/employers. But, in your mind, that's ok. Because you see it as the ADA FORCING a business to be decent to it's customers. --let's all pretend now that businesses need the ADA to force them to be customer centric.
