I don't care what your trans or differential gears are, you'll win with anti-lag and drag racing slicks alone.
You need to leave the launch with at least 400ft/lbs of torque and have that torque coupled yo the ground with drag racing slicks and you'll be ok.
This will require a massive burnout that covers a long distance to lay a layer of rubber down followed by actually keeping the tires in that path. Hit bare concrete or asphalt, and the slicks will not hook.
