I have no issue with Kap...but if my business success relied on public image, team dynamics and absence of distractions I am not hiring Kap. However if Kap's production was better, and the risk reward penciled out, he'd have a job.

Yup, it's simple risk vs reward. Lots of risk, not much talent, so he's sitting at home. Quite simple really....
