This will most likely be done on a non-prepped surface. An impromptu environment if you know what I mean. 400ft/lbs of torque doesn't seem like it will get the job done.
I'm thinking shuffle pinned case is a must... and a modern turbo with twin scroll. Or should I go with two hairdryers?
Cam and comp ratio are the biggest questions right now.
