No. I've seen one of these on eBay (might be same). I think he has the scale wrong. It should be 1:5. Huge, almost three feet long. Also I think it is a single casting (except the lights/wheels/wipers/exhaust/etc.).
If you research the company Ehrmann Modelltechnik, they do development/promotional models for large corporations.
