[1975porsche]

I purchased this car 10 years ago from a fellow in North Carolina.I brought it across the border as a parts car ,I have the paperwork as I crossed the border. it has no title just bill of sale.I was going to use it as a parts car but now I'm rethinking it. it was the Targa it's now a cab is there anyway of cleaning up this title or finding a title for it here in Canada or is it just a parts car.
