They typically have a large/revolving inventory of used parts as well.

Also, if something can be replaced with a quality aftermarket part, or even identical OEM replacements, that is often the quicker and cheaper solution. Like off-the-shelf Brembo parts vs. Ducati branded/sourced Brembo pieces, etc.
