I was coming up on an intersection with traffic ( this was a highway that was ending and turning into a regular road). at around 130 to 140 MPH, I could not get it unstuck.... shut the ignition off and was hard on the binders!!!! Pulled into a parking lot, and took about 5 minutes to pick the seat cushion out of my ass!!!!!) I was worried that I hurt the turbo due to full boost, and no oil supply upon shutdown. All was ok. found the reason for the stuck open throttle, and drove away, after fixing it. I have a good friend who was in the passenger seat who remembers this like it was yesterday (it was almost 20 years ago).... fun times..LMAO!!!
