We used them to dose medicine for small animals, they are scaled to 0.01ml, have a surprisingly large opening (easy to slurp up medicine, even slightly thick/sticky stuff) and the plunger has a finger that clears the tip for a full dose. As long as the catalyst is thinner than, say, snot

I might have some laying around still, but we last bought them in mid-2014, it's likely that they got tossed when the last pet died.
Honestly though, I would use a scale for your measurements, not some syringe. Get a 0.01g scale like the drug users have, and go to town.
