Yep, that is no compact truck.
When I park my 1998 Chevy S-10 next to just about anything these days it's dwarfed, even by most cars.
Two days ago I saw street testing of a full sized truck with large sheets of draped gray material on it (not the typical skin tight camo), not sure of the make. You think they look large normally until you see one in a fat lady's dress.
