I recently paid $6,500 for a 2002 with similar miles and upgrades. I put another 3k in it to get it fixed up in top condition. Still, a Jeep drivetrain with that # of miles is kind of like a time bomb.
So $8,000 is good, $11K is probably a couple of K too high. Given that new Rubicon is in the $40-50K range, the prices on a good TJ are not going down.
