Greetings
My 2002 996 C4 suffered a catastrophic failure (cracked cylinder wall) within last month. I have not decided what to do with it yet, but would like to give it a good wash before putting the car cover on.
My mechanic left the windows and trunk open when he removed the engine. I don't want water getting into the trunk or the cabin, of course.
Is it safe to temporarily connect the battery to get the windows up, close the trunk, wash the car, then re-open the trunk to store the car cleaned?
Thank you
P.S anyone looking to buy an engineless beautiful 2002 996 C4 Cab in Lapiz blue and natural leather interior?
