Help!!!
2004 E46 (325xi).
Did a simple reset-key to position 1 for 5 minutes. I then turned the key to off. Now the ignition is completely locked. Door chimes; interior lights light, ignition will not turn at all- completely locked.
I tried disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and then reconnected- no change.
Car is completely disabled; can not be towed, started- nothing.
I'm screwed unless someone has some insight.
