I like freedom. On that level it is - Not portable to other operating systems. Proprietary format for mail storage on local machine. Proprietary format for address book/contact list. Proprietary communication for calendaring in a shared environment.
I also don't like viruses, or people being infected and trying to send me viruses, etc.
