Pretty sure that's an Isabella, friend's father had one in Albuquerque, this one's a bit customized... what do you think?

I think it's got to be the Hupmobile. It looks VERY much like the Isabella, but it would have to be a pretty heavily modified version, so maybe it's not a modified version, but is something else.

I was wondering if someone picked up the rights to the Isabella after they stopped, but I couldn't find anything but some Mexican and Argentinian versions that were produced later, and I think they looked the same as the original.
