Here are some references for colors available from the aftermarket guys like Automotion.
My car is the LQ interior code, 1988. This is the commonly called "Grey-Beige" or "Lt. Grey" color on the pre-'89 cars. I received some samples of the colors closest to the interior color. Here is a comparison directly on my interior pieces:

The darker color, which matches much more closely to the OEM, is called "Linen" by Automotion.
