have it repaired. This is a common problem on turbos. I had mine welded as soon as I bought it. The factory welds are crap. Once you have it welded, it will never crack again. Should only cost you a few hundred bucks if you have it done. My shop did it torqued down on another head they keep around just for welding cracked turbo headers. This is supposedly the right way to do it.
