Word of caution for those Calgary mountain bikers riding in the West Bragg Creek area.
Quote "Incident in West Bragg Creek – Caution Advised
The Greater Bragg Creek Trails Association is sad and horrified to report that, on the evening of July 5, several mountain bikers were injured by a wire strung between two trees on a trail in West Bragg Creek. At this time, we’re trying to determine the location. Meanwhile, both we and the RCMP are encouraging immense caution while riding in this area. Anyone with information on this inhuman act is encouraged to contact the Cochrane RCMP or call 911. We will update you as further information develops."
