I do know if I am going to my doctors office for anything to avoid coffee before the visit. It does raise my blood pressure and they get all weird about that. With no coffee before the visit it is fine. I have a couple cups of coffee with breakfast and I am done for the day.

For awhile I got crazy with taking my BP 4 or 5 times a day... I noticed that if I stopped drinking coffee it would take 4 days to get my BP to 120/70 plus or minus a bit. Couple of times it was 110/60. With coffee it would be 130/80 plus minus.
I figured it took 4 days to wash the Caffeine out of my system. I like my coffee in the morning so it is a trade off.
