I think there was a large hedge into "collector" cars to offset a potential market crash that didn't occur.(yet).
The investors want back into the market, and are selling those collector cars they bought.
Randy P, have you considered a Jaguar XK? A bit more plastic, and less leather and metal, but similar car overall. The XK/XKR has better metrics that appeal to the head, the Aston Martin has more heart throb factor.
