I've had a few android tables, and a couple of android sub-laptops (converted one to real Linux) and I'm OK with it there... still leery of it on my phone.

The above mention Nokia does text... my (now) wife loves to text... I didn't think my 3310 would do it... I still remember standing out in front of Trader Joe's playing with the buttons on my phone (8 years ago) and sending my first text.
