I have most of those.
Separate them. The 1-7 repair manual set can go from $500 to $1k depending on condition. The 912 service manual goes for around $75 to $125...the 3 parts books around $75 to $100 each...(of course prices can be slightly higher for exceptional condition)...
The other cats and dogs you can compare on eBay.
If you do separate, I may be interested in the parts books...
