Really unique color. The accident damage is what I would be concerned with. Was it documented? What was repainted? I've also never seen that style of back seats before. A thorough PPI should expose most issues if there any. Make sure the engine/transmission is healthy of course. $45k would be a great deal in the US for that car if everything checks out.
