Your places look great!! Tabs, that was a lot of work & it turned out beautifully. After I retired, I decided not to remodel but to sell & build a place on some bare land I owned away from the city. Below is a pic of what I started with. It was originally covered with dense scrub oak like the upper portion of the picture. The first pic is after the front portion was brushed. The second pic is of the finished product, & we love it here.
