I'll have to look up the manufacturer of the bar when I get home tonight.
The bar indeed has 4 little guide hoops welded to it. Harnesses can either be anchored to the rear seat mounting bolts and run through these guide hoops, or simply anchored to the bar using these guide hoops. Hope this helps.
