Well, it was tasty and delicious. The outside was black, thought I had burned it. but no, just black not crusty or burnt tasting at all. There was about a 1/8 inch pinkish ring between the outside and the meat. The meat was so tender when you put pressure on it to get a slice with a fork it just fell apart instead of slicing.
First time I've tried smoking boneless country style pork ribs. Will have to do it again, got half the package of ribs left. For $6 there is enough for two big meals or about 6 pork sammuches.
Wonder if I can find some thick cut pork chops and try smokin that!
