Both sides of the Grand Canyon, Arches National park, Mananas and more than I can remember off the top of my head. Utah alone has enough breathtaking parks to keep you busy for a month. Go to Flagstaff and use that as a home base. There are many fantastic places withing a short drive, spend lots of time and get back to Flagstaff. Just get a hotel that is not next to the rail road.
