There are alot of loose cannons in the LEO community with bad attitudes. I see this a bit in my BIL who has been a homicide cop in S. Florida for many years. I understand the stress of doing the job, but you have to keep your cool in these situations.
I am sure there is dash cam/lapel footage of the incident that is being investigated now, but you have to wonder if there will be a coverup if no witnesses materialize.
