I've been having Salmon and steamed Broccoli for breakfast lately.
My wife has trouble with grocery store meat, we ended up going to a local butcher, and have had no problems since. I think all the coloring/addatives/tenderizers can really reak havoc on people digestive processes. We process our own free range chickens from our farm....it tastes better, the meat is fresher, and actually harder to pull off the bone because of no tenderizers, and more activity (while alive) than standing in a tight quarters barn all thier lives.
