I do think the car would sell quickly at 25k, but then my definition of the "market value" of anything is the price at which one can get paid cash quickly and without hassle.

I'm sorry if I offended you. There's a difference between a sell in under 5 minutes price and one that takes a week or so to sell. The delta is $10-15k and the first one is a wholesale price. Dealers will jump his sh.. for the price you've suggested. He's already got them privately offering him more than that. I figured with how long you've been around you would know that.
