Re-booted my computer this morning. Since it is a laptop usually just sleep and don't reboot very often. Evidently this is the first reboot since the last Outlook upgrade and it finally finished. Microsoft actually removed FEATURES and changed the colors and fonts to make Outlook almost impossible to see what you are doing... what in tarnation!!!
