Rain? Whats that?
We have been in a doughnut hole for rain. The front splits, goes past the city, and reforms. Or the thunderstorms form right over the city, and move off before dumping rain. All around the city is getting rain and we keep getting drier. It is real frustrating.
As Will Rogers said long ago, "Everybody talks about the weather but no one ever does anything about it."
