I've given away one pickup truck and one car, plus a motorcycle. None of them meant all that much to me anymore, nor would have gotten enough money to make any difference in my life. They sure made a difference in the recipients' lives, though, which was all I was after. Funny, none of the three are in my life in any way anymore, but that's o.k.. Changing lives saw us drifting apart, which is fine; they were all good people whom I'm sure have done well. I never expected any kind of lifetime obligation, or payback, or any of that. Probably never see any one of them ever again.
