I went with Bosch the last time around because it was quiet and available. I wanted to get a look at a Miele, but couldn't find a local source with one of the floor. They were more than happy to order me one, but not until after I paid for it :^(
I've been happy with the Bosch, though it doesn't have the internal water heater the older Kitchenaid it replaced did. Guess that's the industry standard way of meeting the green label requirements; push the water heat expense to another appliance.
