I just did mine last weekend.

Don't need to remove the starter, but you do need a really small (short) 7mm wrench to do the bleeding.

Just remember to keep the brake fluid level above the hose that feeds the clutch master from the brake fluid reservoir. I kept having to physically tip the brake fluid reservoir over to the drivers side of the car to get the fluid to this hose. Kind of annoying.

The best procedure I found was to open the bleed screw, push the clutch in and watch the fluid pour out. Once you see the new fluid coming out, close the bleed screw. Now, bleed the clutch kind of like you would bleed brakes.
