Not a car game but minecraft on the Ipad is recommended by my 9 year old boy.
For a car game, Smashy Road is pretty crude looking but Liam enjoys it on Ipad, too.
Kind of has an 80s vibe to the graphics...
Hope he is feeling better soon!
