I don't think so. Our 7 year old loves GT Legends, The old Need for Speed: Most Wanted (Which has some Porsche content) among others. The Need for Speed series he does very well at. He also loves driving the karts in Project Cars.

I should qualify all that with the fact he has a racing wheel.

I think the Forza series is a good suggestion as well.

I can't comment much on the tablet other than ours like Hill Climb Racing.
