I used a -10AN to M18.5 x 1.5 fitting from Jegs and connected that to a -10AN 90 degree swivel with braided hose which connects to the drain fitting on my GT3076R turbo on my 3.2.

No leaks and no issues ... been using this setup for the last 3 years. No scavenge pump required. To drain the oil, I just loosen the 90 degree swivel and let it drain in to a big bucket.
