Lost 15 lbs. in two months. I'm on a mission to get off a few meds.
Scrambled eggs, chopped green pepper, parsley, chopped hot stuffed peppers w/ Prosciutto & Provolone, chopped Turkey breast, and cottage cheese.
I don't get hungry until late afternoon.
Some mornings I'll have baked Salmon steak and steamed Broccoli.
1/2 gal. of filtered water/day.
Got to lose another 25 lbs. 155 - 160 is my fightin' weight.
Diabetes, cardio, gout, high Triglycerides, Dunlop gut, (gut dun lopped over belt), etc.
I'm a mess.
