Hey, hang in there Don. I learned last year my blood sugar was getting into the pre-diabetes level. Most likely age related. My weight doesn't fluctuate more than a few pounds but has seemed to creep up a few pounds to where I was weighing in at 178 most of the time. So I cut out almost all things with sugar and simple carbs. Haven't had a cookie, cake, pie, ice cream, etc. now for over six months, and I'm sort of to the point I don't gravitate toward but away from food with sugar elevating things in it. So I've gotten down to a consistent 174 lbs. lately. That doesn't seem like much of a change, but for me it is considering my weight hasn't fluctuated below 172 or above the 178 figure for more than thirty years.
