A buddy of mine that sits next to me at work decided he needed to lose some weight. His family (parents, uncles, etc...) are overweight with a history of diabetes, and in December he decided that he wanted to skip all of that drama. Just after New Years he started the Diamond Dave yoga plan. He does yoga and sees a difference in his strength, but a big part of the plan is a way of eating more healthy. He's 5'10" and weighed 282 in Jan and has lost somewhere between 67 and 70 pounds since Jan of this year eating the way listed in the document below. I think he's on the "intermediate" plan. I think he used to wear a XXL, and now he's wearing L.
