1 hard boiled egg, every day.
I lost 30 lbs in a few months, plus it helps offset gain when I am bad.
I eat 50-75% of what I used to eat. Limit carbs. Lunches are salads 5 days a week. Dinners are salad twice a week. Tomato, avocado, walnuts, grapes, pears a little goat cheese, spinach of mixed greens with a grapeseed oil/balsamic dressing.
Oh, I love salads. No sugar or artificial sweeteners. Not a diet, a change to eating habits. Easy
