I'm three weeks into Keto and am probably down about 10 lbs. I'll keep it going until mid-Sept. when I head to Germany and must indulge on beer and bread, though that stuff is not processed there, so it won't be as bad. My breakfasts are Black Forest ham with a fried egg and slice of American cheese, sometimes cream cheese pancakes (no carbs) and sometimes a cup of CarbMaster yogurt. Lunch is roast beef and American cheese roll ups. Dinner is smoked salmon in a cesar salad, sometimes baked chicken, grilled steak, always steamed greens. I haven't gone over 20g of carbs in a day once since I started.
