I have been trying to eat better, but not neccesarily less. I'm 5-10 182#. and just want to feel healthier, not lose a bunch of weight. We have cut out all margarine/vegatable oil from our diet, and do more meals in the crockpot (less frying, and grilling). I have been eating more apple sauce, bananas, yogurt, and less cookies, cake, candy and sugary drinks. I am down about 8-10# now and want to lose another 10#, but no hurry.
This thread reminds me that we have our own eggs, so I need to hard boil some tonight.
