Try a frozen banana, some nut butter and some unsweetened cocoa powder and either water or milk (we use a combination of almond milk and coconut milk). The nuts provide protien and the cocoa powder provides flavonoids or whatever the stuff is that's supposed to be good for your heart and stuff.
