This MINI owner in Germany poured in windshield washer fluid into the engine instead of oil. The image below is what would happen if you did this to your MINI. The owner was prompted that the MINI was low on windshield washer fluid and therefore decided to pour 5 liters into the engine instead of the washer reservoir. What would happen if you did this you might ask? Well, blue smoke from the exhaust and a very poor performing MINI. A thick foam sludge covered the entire engine, as you can see below.
