I've been on a routine for the past two weeks of oatmeal with a little brown sugar, cinnamon, fresh berries and one tablespoon of flaxseed. Among other benefits, studies have shown that daily flaxseed may help prevent and treat diabetes. Its the number one source of nutrients associated with prolonged survival in cancer patients.
