Breakfast - A Few cups of black coffee and 2 bananas
Lunch - Sandwich, chips and a pickle slice
Dinner - Something I've prepared on Sunday and packaged for consumption each night during the week. (Meal prep)
Exercise - 2 to 3 miles of running/walking with my dog, twice a day...7:00am and 7:00pm (I call this my 12-hour workout plan...keeps the metabolism running)
I've lost over 40 Lbs since January.
edit: Oh, almost forgot to mention...I've cut out all alcohol and snacks, also.
